How to Wear:
On a Monday morning, cleanse the Kavach with Holy Gangajal and ghee. Apply sandalwood paste or Roli, perform a ritual with incense (Dhoop) and a lamp (Deep), and attach it to a gold or silver chain or a yellow thread. While wearing the Kavach, chant the following mantra 108 times:

ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्।
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय माऽमृतात्॥
