How to Wear:

• On a Monday morning, cleanse the Kavach with Holy Gangajal and ghee.
• Apply sandalwood paste or Roli, and perform a ritual with incense (Dhoop) and a lamp (Deep).

• Wear the Kavach while chanting the following mantra 108 times:
